Cocktail Meat Balls 1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef round
1 Egg
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c Water
12 oz Bottle chili sauce
6 oz Grape jelly
2 tb Lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and water. Mix until thoroughly blended. In a deep, 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice. Shape meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut. Place in chili sauce mixture. Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes. Skim off any fat. Stir.
