1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix flour, butter and 1/3 cup confectioners sugar until crumbly. Press into bottom of 9-inch square micro-proof baking dish. Cook on High 4 1/2 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except last addition of confectioners sugar; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Cook on High 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until center tests done, rotating dish if mixture is rising unevenly. Let stand, covered with wax paper for 4 minutes. Remove wax paper, cool and cut into bars. Sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
